Keynote
A 60-minute keynote that demonstrates how goal clarity and inner balance belong together. Based on the principles of OKR4Life (Objectives & Key Results for personal goals) and short flow impulses from Qigong, yoga, meditation, or mindfulness, it creates an inspiring interplay of reflection, practice, and new perspectives.
